Refund policy

To process a refund please contact hello@aiotallow.com and we will assist you as best as possible. Please include your name, order number and date of purchase.

Due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns on used products.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

We can only accept returns if you have received an incorrect order, or your item is faulty or damaged. Please send us an email within 7 days of purchase with photos to claim a refund.

Original shipping costs are non refundable and the return of an item must be paid by the customer to process a refund.
